For Warranty requests, please include a photo of your concern as well as a photo of your board's serial number. The serial number is located on the bottom of the board by the center fin box.
In an effort to get you on the water as quickly as possible, our orders are immediately sent to our fulfillment center to begin processing. Because of this, we are unable to make any cancellations, changes, or additions to orders after they have been placed. If you ordered an item by mistake, changed your mind, or wanted to remove products, you will need to refuse the delivery of your order. We will credit your account once the return is received back to our fulfillment center.
